You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will cover the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (for example, if you received an incorrect or defective item). Typically, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of handing your return package to the carrier; however, in many cases, you will receive the refund sooner. This timeframe includes the transit time for the carrier to deliver your return to us (10 to 14 business days), the time it takes for us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes for your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view the relevant order via the "Complete Orders" link under the "My Account" menu, and then click the "Return Item(s)" button. Once we have received and processed the returned item, we will notify you via email regarding your refund.
